Photo and Signature Joiner
Add your photo and your signature, choose a layout, and download one combined JPG at the exact size and KB your form allows — all in your browser.
The photo is cropped from the centre to fill its area; the signature is scaled to fit without stretching.
When do forms ask for a combined photo and signature?
Some recruitment, admission, and bank forms have a single upload box for “photo with signature”. The file must contain both images and still meet the pixel size and KB limit.
Joining them yourself in a photo editor is slow and often breaks the size limit. KbSnap places the signature neatly below or beside the photo, cleans the paper background, and compresses the result in one step.
Choosing a layout
| Layout | Typical size | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Photo above signature | 350×450 px | Most forms with one combined upload box |
| Small stacked | 200×300 px | Strict size limits (20–30KB) |
| Photo beside signature | 600×300 px | Wide upload boxes and ID-style cards |
Always use the width, height, and KB limit from your notification if it lists them.
How to use it
- Add a clear passport-style photo and a signature on white paper.
- Pick a layout preset or type the width and height in pixels.
- Adjust the photo share, KB limit, border, and signature cleanup.
- Press “Join photo & signature”, check the preview and size, and download the JPG.
Tips for a clean combined image
- Sign with a black pen on plain white paper and crop close to the signature.
- Use a photo with a plain light background.
- Increase the photo share if your face looks too small.
- For strict limits, reduce the pixel size before lowering the KB limit.
Frequently asked questions
How do I join my photo and signature into one image?
Add both images, choose a layout or size, set the KB limit, and press “Join photo & signature”. Download the JPG once it shows “Ready to download”.
Can I place the signature beside the photo?
Yes. Choose “Photo beside signature” in Layout.
Will my signature be stretched?
No. The signature is scaled to fit its area while keeping its shape; the photo is cropped from the centre to fill its area.
Can I compress the combined image to 50KB?
Yes. Set “Maximum file size (KB)” to 50 and KbSnap finds the best quality under that limit.
Which format is the result?
A JPG, which almost every exam and bank portal accepts.
Are my photo and signature uploaded?
No. They are combined on your device and never sent to KbSnap.
