Signature Resizer for Exams and Forms

Crop a handwritten signature, clean the paper background, and resize it to the pixels and KB limit printed in your application instructions.

Presets are starting values drawn from common exam formats, not universal requirements. Confirm your current notification before download.

Prepare a clear signature image

  • Sign naturally on plain, unlined white paper.
  • Use even lighting and avoid shadows across the paper.
  • Crop closely without cutting off the first or last stroke.
  • Verify the required ink color, pixels, and KB range in the current notice.

Requirements vary by form

A signature accepted by one portal may be rejected by another. Edit the dimensions and KB target to match the form you are completing.

Signature resizing questions

What size should an exam signature be?

There is no universal signature size. The IBPS bank notification, for example, asks for 140ร—60px and 10โ€“20KB, while other authorities use different dimensions. Always verify the current notification and edit the values before processing.

How do I resize a signature in KB?

Upload a clear signature image, select or enter the required pixels and maximum KB, crop the writing closely, and process the image. The actual result is shown before download.

What does background cleanup do?

Background cleanup turns light paper shadows white and darkens ink strokes. Adjust the threshold when the paper is grey or the signature is faint.

Should I use black or blue ink?

Use the ink color required by the current application notice. Black ink is commonly requested, but requirements vary by authority.
