Merge PDF Files Online — Free, No Upload

Combine PDFs and document photos into one PDF, in the order you choose. Pages are merged without quality loss, and you can set a size limit when a portal needs one small file.

How to merge PDF files

  1. Choose two or more PDFs or images.
  2. Arrange them with the arrows — the top file comes first.
  3. Optionally pick a maximum size such as 200KB.
  4. Press Merge and download your combined PDF.

Common uses

  • All 10th/12th and degree marksheets in one upload for a job application.
  • Aadhaar front and back, or ID and address proof, as a single PDF.
  • Salary slips or bank statements for a loan application.
  • Assignment pages photographed on a phone, submitted as one file.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Files are read and merged by your browser on your device, so certificates, bank statements and ID proofs never leave your phone or computer.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays sharp and selectable. Only if you choose a size limit and the merged file is too big are pages re-rendered as compressed images.

Can I combine JPG photos and PDFs together?

Yes. Each photo becomes one A4 page, placed wherever you put it in the list.

How do I change the page order?

Use the up and down arrows next to each file, or drag files on a computer. Files are merged top to bottom.

Why can’t I add a password-protected PDF?

Encrypted PDFs can’t be read without the password. Open the file in your PDF viewer, save a copy without a password, then add it again.

How many files can I merge?

Up to 20 files and 300 pages at a time. Size limits can be applied to merged files of up to 60 pages.
