What the Rajasthan Police size rules mean
- The Rajasthan Police photo is a portrait with the same shape as a 35×45mm passport photo at 350×450 pixels.
- Its 100KB photo limit is more generous than the typical 50KB across the 26 police recruitment exams on KbSnap (5 of 26 allow a larger file).
- The signature box is a wide box (2:1), 2 times wider than it is tall at 400×200 pixels, 20–50KB.
Tips for this spec
- The photo must be at least 50KB as well as at most 100KB. A file that is too small is rejected too, so check both numbers in the result before you download.
Verify the current requirement in the official Rajasthan Police notification before you upload. Sizes can change with each notification.
How to resize your Rajasthan Police documents
- 1. Upload: choose a clear JPG, PNG, or iPhone HEIC photo or scan.
- 2. Crop: frame your face or signature inside the box shown for each document.
- 3. Process: KbSnap resizes to the exact pixels and compresses into the allowed KB range.
- 4. Check and download: confirm the pass/fail result, then upload the file to the Rajasthan Police portal.
Files are processed in your browser and are never uploaded to KbSnap.

Frequently Asked Questions
What photo size does KbSnap use for Rajasthan Police?
The KbSnap preset for the Rajasthan Police photo is 350×450px, 50–100KB, in JPG format. Confirm these numbers in your current notification before you upload, and aim for the middle of the KB range so a re-save does not push the file over the limit.
What signature size does KbSnap use for Rajasthan Police?
The KbSnap preset for the Rajasthan Police signature is 400×200px, 20–50KB. Sign on plain white paper in the ink colour your notification asks for (black is the safest choice) and crop tightly so the signature is clearly readable.
How do I reduce my Rajasthan Police signature to 20–50KB?
Upload your scanned signature in the Signature step above, adjust the crop, and process it. KbSnap resizes it to 400×200px and compresses it into the 20–50KB range, then shows a pass/fail check before you download.
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. Cropping, resizing, and compression all happen in your browser using the Canvas API. The file never leaves your device.
Why do different exams need different sizes?
Each exam body sets its own portal validation rules independently — there's no shared standard across UPSC, SSC, banking, and state PSCs.
